Welcome to Illini Home Inspections
My
name is Rick Hoffman. I am a certified, insured, and
Illinois licensed (450.0000492) home inspector. I have
owned and operated Illini Home Inspections since January
2003.
I am
a graduate of Western Illinois University, American Home
Inspector Institute, and retired from the U. S. military
with 34 years of service. I have a very strong
background in residential construction and remodeling.
My
inspections are thorough (3-3 ½ hours in length) and
include a detailed 33 page report, along with annotated
pictures of problematic areas. I guarantee each
inspection is done in a courteous, competent and
confidential manner.
