I completed in residence Home Inspection Training by
American Home Inspection Training Institute (AHIT).
I passed the State of Illinois required Home Inspector’s
examination in January 2003. Illinois State License #:
450.0000492.
I complete a minimum of 6 hours of State of Illinois
certified continuing education courses each year.
I am a member in good standing with National Association
of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
I passed the NACHI’s on-line inspector examination
course.
I have passed NACHI’s on-line roof examination course.
I have passed NACHI’s on-line electrical exam.
I have completed NACHI’s Code of Ethics obstacle course.
Abide by the NACHI Code of Ethics.
I have passed NACHI’s test on Standards of Practice.
I abide by the NACHI Standards of Practices
I complete at a minimum 24 hours of continuing education
each year to maintain NACHI membership.
I am a member in good standing with Independent Home
