Pricing
My
typical inspections take on average 3 to 3 ½ hours,
depending upon the size and condition of the house. The
report consists of 33 pages plus 20 to 30 pictures
identifying problematic areas. I would encourage you to
attend the end of the inspection. This will give us the
opportunity to discuss the inspection, report, and other
questions you might have.
Types
of Inspections:
Pre-Purchase:
This inspection is requested by the potential buyer.
Pre-Listing:
This inspection is done for the seller prior to putting
the house on the market.
Pre-Delivery:
This inspection is performed on a newly built home just
prior to the owners taking possession.

Pricing
As
each house is unique, so is each inspection. Pricing is
calculated on a case by case basis depending on the
size, age, location of property, and third party
conditions over which I have little or no control
(insurance premiums, gas prices, etc.)
Real
estate is most likely one of the most expensive
purchases you will ever make. A quality home inspection
by a competent, experienced, certified, licensed, and
insured home inspector is a valuable tool whether
purchasing or selling your home.
